Laura and David's small Oxford wedding | Oxford Town Hall & Minster Lovell Ruins

Laura & David's small Oxford wedding was intimate, relaxed and completely centred around the two of them. They chose the beautiful Oxford Town Hall for their ceremony, a compact, character-filled registry office that was the perfect setting for a day that didn't need to be big to feel incredibly special. After their ceremony, we headed to Minster Lovell Ruins for some time together and a few photographs amongst the beautiful old stone ruins. No huge production, no endless list of things to squeeze in, just the two of them, somewhere beautiful, and lots and lots of love.

There's something I absolutely love about small weddings. They can be incredibly personal, giving you the freedom to spend your day actually enjoying each other rather than feeing like you're performing for everyone else. Laura and David's day was a perfect example of that. Small, beautiful and completely theirs. I photographed this Oxfordshire wedding before making the move to Cornwall. I'm not based in Cornwall, photographing relaxed, natural and documentary-style weddings and elopements across Cornwall and the South West.
