WEDDINGS, ELOPEMENTS AND ENGAGMENTS

I show a lot of work and that's intentional. Photography isn't about a handful of perfect moments, its about how a whole day is seen and felt. The galleries below give you a sense of how a whole day is seen and felt. The galleries below give you a sense of how much can shift from one wedding to the next: light changes, weather rolls in, spaces surpurise you, emotions run high, plans wobble. There's no single kind of day. I don't follow formulars or repeat the same approach, every wedding is photographed on it own terms, with curiosity, care and space for whatever unfolds.

I take immense pride in my work and in the trust my couples place in me on such a meaningful day. I care deeply about listening, to your ideas, your vision, and what matters most to you. My approach is rooted in understanding what makes your relationship unique and capturing the moments that will feel most personal and lasting to you. Every wedding leaves its own imprint, and my goal is to preserve those details, emotions, and connections in a way that feels honest, intentional and unmistakably yours.

When you enquire, you'll receive a short questionnaire, nothing scary, just a way for me to get a feel for you, your plans and what matters most. Once that's back, we'll arrange a relaxed zoom call to see if were a good fit. I shoot all kinds of weddings across the UK, from quiet elopements, to big, joyful, dance all night celebrations. Everyone is approached with the same care and curiosity. Choosing a photographer isn't just about loving the images, its about connection. You'll spend a lot of time together, so it matters that our energy feels right and you genuinely enjoy having me there.

I'm based in Cornwall and absolutely adore photographing weddings across the south west, but I'll happily travel anywhere in the UK, and abroad... if the place and the story feels right, so please don't hesitate to enquire no matter where you are getting married. Getting married in Cornwall really does feel like paradise, and I have a small list of bucket list venues I'd love to photograph (which is always growing as there's soooo many amazing venues here!) Weddings at these locations recieve a little love in the form of a discount (you'll find them listed at the bottom of this page). I never chase enquiries, If you love my work and we click, I'll give you the space to decide in your own time. I hate being hounded, so I'd never do that to anyone else. I'm not here to be a salesperson, I'm here to quietly show up, fit in and capture some truly meaningful stories.

FOR COUPLES, ENGAGMENTS, AND ANYONE CLAMING THEY'RE "AWKWARD IN PHOTOS"

Almost every couple starts these sessions by telling me they're awkward in front of the camera, don't know how to pose, or that one them is only here under mild emotional pressure from the other. Which is reassuring really, because if you arrived overly confident and ready to model professional in a field somewhere, I'd honestly be more concerned. The good news is this isn't that kind of photoshoot anyways. There's no stiff posing, no forced smiles, and absolutely no "look lovingly into each others eyes for six straight minutes" energy. Mostly, we'll just wander around somewhere pretty while you two hang out together and I pop up occasionally with deeply important instructions like "walk that way again, but slower".

These sessions are designed to feel relaxed, easy-going, and genuinely enjoyable. Whether you're newly engaged, using it as a warm-up before the wedding day, or simply wanting some photographs together that don't just live in your camera roll next to screenshots and takeaway orders. They're also surprisingly useless for calming wedding nerves. By the time your actual wedding arrives, you'll already know how I work, realise having your photo taken isn't nearly as painful as expected, and hopefully trust me slightly more when I ask you to stand in a windy field at sunset because "the light is good".

Also, a quick mention about the proposal photos above: that actually started as a normal couple shoot. What the gentleman conveniently forgot to mention was that he was planning to propose halfway through, so the shock on my face was probably very similar to hers. One minute I was calmly taking photos, the next I was trying to photograph a surprise proposal while internally screaming and pretending I absolutely knew this was happening all along. Excellent adrenaline rush though, to be fair to him.
